The Tiger Tribune is the official student newspaper of Klein Collins High School.
Editorial, cartoon and advertising content are not endorsements of the staff, adviser or administration.
Advertising rates are $25 for an 1/8th page, $100 for half page, or $200 for a full page. Other sizes can be purchased for $5 per column inch. Inserts may be purchased for $75 per issue with the advertiser providing the inserts to the staff. Online advertising is sold at $25 per month. The Tiger Tribune reserves the right to reject any advertising not found to be within the publication’s standards particularly in reference to good taste or services that are illegal or inappropriate for a high school audience.
The Tiger Tribune is read prior to publication by administrative liaison Amy Schindewolf.
The Tiger Tribune is a member of the Interscholastic League Press Conference (a division of UIL), Quill and Scroll, National Scholastic Press Association and Columbia Scholastic Press Association. In 2010-2011 the online version of the Tiger Tribune received an Award of Achievement and six individual awards for writing and photography from the Interscholastic League Press Conference.
